THE ROLE

The Congress Project Manager will work with internal teams to ensure the delivery of both UK and overseas congresses in a live and virtual capacity. You will be heavily client facing and be the face of the agency for this global pharmaceutical client, confidently managing the account as well as delivering projects.

The range of duties will include:

* Coordinating all stakeholders to ensure the delivery of all client-led congress activity
* Chair and lead all project calls
* Oversight of budget and communications around this
* Prepare and manage project timelines
* Work with relevant departments to ensure delivery of core project components
* Deliver specific project elements including satellite symposia, internal meetings etc.
* Maintain oversight of core congress documentation
* Provide guidance on compliance
* Oversee the delivery of project artwork/design, ensuring creative output meets the creative brief

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be from an event agency background, experienced in delivering pharmaceutical congress events with excellent knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector and superb client management skills.
