Job description

Hybrid working - 3 days in the office!!! Are you ready to redefine what corporate events can be? Do you want to shape bold, large-scale international experiences that fuse culture, storytelling, and spectacle?

-    International travel

-    Hybrid working

-    High-profile global clients

-    Creative-led culture

The Company

This is not a traditional production company. It is a creative engine built around big cultural ideas and genre-defying execution.

Working at the intersection of sport, music, art, technology and live experience, the studio delivers ambitious long-form content, immersive brand worlds and large-scale live events that leave lasting impact.

From engineering award-nominated global campaigns and following elite athletes through landmark sporting moments, to staging visually striking launches with world-class motorsport talent and delivering headline-grabbing, multi-screen live events in the Middle East - the work is bold, ambitious and culturally sharp.

With continued growth across international markets, they are now seeking a Creative Event Producer to join the team and lead the development of compelling live event concepts.

The Role

This is a hands-on creative leadership role where the Creative Event Producer will be focused primarily on live events and experiential projects, with occasional crossover into brand film and content.

You will take client briefs and RFPs and transform them into powerful, buildable creative directions. From defining the narrative spine and shaping key show moments, to structuring the audience journey and crafting persuasive pitch decks - you will play a pivotal role in turning ambition into executable reality.

This is a broad and high-impact role where the Creative Event Producer will:

-    Lead the creative response to briefs alongside the Creative Director

-    Develop event concepts, experience platforms and narrative frameworks

-    Design audience journeys, show flow and "moment maps"

-    Craft and structure compelling pitch decks and written proposals

-    Collaborate closely with production and technical leads to ensure feasibility

-    Balance creative ambition with budget and delivery realities

-    Identify and brief the right creative and technical partners per project

-    Support growth through strong points of view and pitchable insights

Quarterly travel to the Middle East is expected, alongside periods of high-intensity pitch work.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be working as a Creative Event Produce, with proven creative development experience within live events, experiential, broadcast-live, theatre or music environments.

The ideal candidate will bring:

-    Strong narrative instinct and structural thinking

-    Confidence leading ideation and shaping creative direction

-    Excellent pitch writing and deck development skills

-    Practical understanding of production, budgets and delivery constraints

-    The ability to collaborate seamlessly across creative and technical teams

-    Confidence presenting internally and, when required, to clients

Experience within Middle Eastern markets or working with global brands would be advantageous.

Most importantly, we are looking for a bold, culturally curious Creative Event Producer who thrives on big ideas - and knows how to make them buildable.

The Package

In return, they offer hybrid working, international exposure, the opportunity to shape premium global experiences, and the chance to join a forward-thinking studio where creativity and ambition are genuinely valued.

This is an equal opportunities employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. Applications are encouraged from candidates of all backgrounds.
