HYBRID WORKING - 3 days office ( surrey )
£60,000 – £70,000 DOE

The team thrives on innovation, collaboration and craft. As the company continues to grow, they are now seeking a Creative Lead to elevate their creative output and help shape the agency’s future direction.
THE ROLE
Within this Creative Lead role you will be within the creative team, working closely with senior leadership to define and drive the vision of major experiential projects. You will guide concept development, oversee creative strategy, and support the design process from first idea through to final execution. This is a hands-on leadership role that balances conceptual direction, design development, and creative oversight. Responsibilities include:
• Leading creative strategy, concept development and visual direction for large-scale experiential projects
• Translating briefs into strategic narratives, mood boards, design concepts and impactful storytelling
• Producing sketches, mood boards, 3D models, presentation materials and fabrication-ready documentation
• Providing direction and feedback to internal designers and freelancers
• Championing creativity, innovation, sustainability and best practice in all design work
• Guiding junior and midweight designers, fostering a supportive and inspiring creative environment
THE CANDIDATE
In order to be a successful candidate, you must have experience leading creative development within experiential, events or branded environments. Alongside this you must have a portfolio showcasing strong conceptual work, storytelling, environmental design and visual communication.
