To begin with run events, some sort of experience In audio, worked with dante,NDI, media servers

Uploading content, be able to set up a mixer, microphones, needs someone that has some serious producing content or needs to want to learn.

System configuration

Need to want to become someone who wants to produce content

Video screens, communal assets, LEDS, video walls

Projectors, network audio, que lab

Not expected to produce content yet, some prior experience working around with after effects or photoshop

DANTE and queselis would be the ideal experience

Background maybe public institutions - places that don't pay that much money

The team Is very young so someone who they can invest in

Between 25-35 would be ideal

Graphic design or the enthusiasm to do more in this area

Not as techy but need to learn content production

DANTE + QUESIS ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE

There is weekend work and evening work when at the events, Monday 9-6 not on events

Sometimes start at 7 finish at 3 it depends

Every third week would be expected to do a weekend day

Mon - thurs , Saturday - Sunday

Don't have paid overtime but conscious of not over working the team

Don't need a driving licence

Teams inv 20 mins first stage - 2 nd stage F2F and intro to more senior members and wider team
