Hybrid Working - 2 days from home p/week (event dependent) - An opportunity to join a medical organisation assisting in delivering member events as well as external client events within the venue.


Our client is a world renowned medical organisation in London that delivers highly regarded medical education events for its members as well as hiring out their prestigious venue to external clients. With a heritage that goes back hundreds of years combined with a global reputation for being world class they are leaders in their field.


Due to continued growth and development there is now an opportunity for an Event Coordinator to join the team to provide support to clients and internal teams delivering virtual and hybrid events. This is a varied position with a host of responsibilities and the opportunity to progress in a variety of ways within the business.

Work closely with the venue sales team and technical team
Liaising with clients, delegates, speakers and sponsors
Gathering content from stakeholders and ensuring correct delivery on their events
Attending technical meetings
Sourcing and managing external suppliers
Assisting clients with technical run throughs of virtual events
Responding to client enquiries via a busy inbox
Developing production sheets and run sheets
Coordination of in person and virtual delegates and speakers
Onsite management


The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting the delivery of virtual events. You will have an excellent understanding of virtual platforms as well as excellent organisation and communication skills.
