They now have an opportunity for an Account Manager to join their growing team!
The Role
As Account Manager this role acts as the lynch pin between the agency and its vast portfolio of clients; both guiding exceptional project delivery and identifying growth opportunities. This is Account Manager role is broad with responsibilities including:
- Leading relationships with key client accounts
- Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts to grow business
- Encouraging account retention and growth through effective management of client relationships
- Coordinating between the client and internal departments
- Leading client communications from brief to delivery
- Guiding project delivery internally to ensure effective results against the brief
- Ensuring quality control through the full project planning process
- Proactively meeting with clients in person
- Working to growth targets
- Managing budgets and finances on key accounts
The Candidate
We are looking for experienced candidates who have a proven background in a client facing, event or production based position. Candidates must be able to demonstrate solid client services experience of account growth and retention as well as the ability to collaborate with internal departments such as creative, production and technical to ensure effective delivery of a project against a brief. We are looking for candidates who are proactive, passionate and able to work in a fast pace environment.
