EVENT COORDINATOR – EVENT PRODUCTION & ENTERTAINMENT
LONG TERM PROGRESSION & DEVELOPMENT – VARIED EVENTS – EXCITING TEAM CULTURE
- Full-time role based in Greater London
- £28,000 – £33,000 + overtime
- 30 days holiday (including bank holidays)

THE ROLE
As an Event Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for delivering, installing, and hosting a wide variety of entertainment equipment and experiences. From VR games and giant arcade machines to photo booths and interactive installations, no two events are the same.
Key responsibilities of an Event Coordinator include:
- Delivering and installing event production and entertainment equipment
- Hosting games and engaging with clients and guests
- Supporting Event Managers on site and in the warehouse
- Maintaining and prepping equipment between events
- Occasionally assisting with technical or creative projects
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Event Coordinator will be energetic, client-focused, and a strong team player. You should thrive in fast-paced environments and be flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
You should be:
- Positive, reliable, and enthusiastic
- Comfortable working across London and surrounding areas
- Holder of a full UK driving licence
- Interested in developing within event production and entertainment
