THE ROLE
There is now an opportunity to join the events team as an Event Executive. The Event Executive will provide operational and administrative support for events while also acting as the main point of contact for client needs within the event space. Key responsibilities include:
- Pre-plan, manage, and operate exhibitor days, internal events, and small-scale events
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and health & safety legislation
- Support the post-event process, including follow-ups with internal teams and clients
- Act as a primary contact within the event space for clients, contributing to product development and service improvements
- Assist Event Managers on complex conferences, including floor management and second-point-of-contact duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, exhibitors, and service providers
- Monitor and report on service provider performance, providing feedback where necessary
- Manage event administration, ensuring accurate handovers between Account Management, Event Management, and service providers
THE CANDIDATE
To be successful as a Event Executive, you will have previous experience delivering small events, excellent communication skills and initiative and an enthusiastic approach to delivering seamless events.
