THE ROLE

As Event Operator, it will be your responsibility to support the Event Design Manager in the lead up to the live events with operations and responsible for all onsite delivery - ensuring events run seamlessly!

Responsibilities of the Event Operator will be broad and include:

• Managing the event administration and operations in the lead up
• Going out on site for the day of the event
• Finalising schedules
• Developing operational efficiencies to ensure quality project output
• Collaborating with internal departments
• Accountable for health & safety implementation
• Working closely with suppliers and stakeholders
• Having the ability to work well under pressure
• Managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Working with different levels of people from high end clients

The CANDIDATE

Candidates for the Event Operator role must hold solid, hands-on experience in live event delivery, particularly the operations. The events will predominantly be taking place in five-star, prestigious venues in London so residing in London is ideal. This role will suit someone who can work well under pressure whilst delivering a top-level service.
