This independent events agency are renowned for delivering impactful production, technical support, set build and creative design services to a broad range of clients. Amongst their production capabilities this events agency also offer video, digital and further design services to their well-established client base.

Working with a mixture of end clients and agencies the events that they deliver are broad and range from small conferences to a full production of an awards ceremony for 2000 guests, to multi-location road shows and experiential events, working both in the UK and Internationally.  With a growing client base and a passionate team there has never been a better time for an Event Production Manager to come on board. 

The Role

Due to continued growth they are now looking for an Event Production Manager to join their growing technical events team. This role covers every element of technical event production and will support the production team with the technical delivery of events.

This is a broad role where the Event Production Manager with key responsibilities to include:

-    Receiving and interpreting client briefs

-    Coordinating all technical aspects

-    Briefing onsite crew and freelancers

-    Budget management

-    Overseeing job prep internally

-    Preparing technical plans including CAD plans

-    Creating crewing and equipment lists

-    Conducting site visits

The Candidate

Candidates should ideally be working in a similar role as an Event Production Manager within a technical events business or a venue 2-3 years' experience within the events sector with a basic understanding of AV disciplines.

Most importantly we are looking for an ambitious Event Production Manager with a willingness to learn and develop within this fantastic organisation!
