The Role
They are currently looking for a Production Manager to support on one of their key client accounts delivering a series of exhibition and outdoor activation style installation projects throughout a 9 month FTC.
As Production Manager responsibilities will include:
- Acting as point of client contact throughout a project
- Understanding the requirements of the brief
- Managing project schedule and timelines throughout
- Conducting site visits and planning site layouts
- Liaising with key stakeholders - venue sites, councils, haulier, external contractors, etc.
- Collaborating with internal departments - warehouse, scenic, project management etc.
- Managing all pre-production
- Coordinating kit and build requirements
- Organising logistics and staffing needs
- Managing health & safety processes and documentation
- Running project budgets
- Leading onsite installation, delivery and de-rig
The Candidate
Candidates must have a solid knowledge of event production processes and have a proven ability to run a project from initial briefing phase through to delivery and post production. With the role holding a heavy focus on outdoor and exhibition style installations, we are seeking production managers with a knowledge of infrastructure ideally with experience gained from outdoor event builds within festival or sporting environments however experience from exhibition builds may also be considered. Candidate from a full service or production agency would be preferential.
