THE ROLE

With an ever-expanding event calendar at this amazing London venue, there is now an opportunity for a Production Manager to oversee the technical delivery of live events, ensuring projects are managed seamlessly from initial client brief through to onsite execution.

Production Manager Responsibilities will include:

• Developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their event needs
• Producing accurate quotations and proposals in line with client requirements and budgets
• Managing all pre-production elements including technical drawings, scenic specifications, and  Health & Safety documentation
• Overseeing the delivery process, ensuring events run smoothly and to the highest standard
• Liaising with technical staff across audio, video, lighting, LED, and scenic production to ensure the right level of technical support is provided
• Managing budgets and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop new business opportunities
• Providing onsite technical and crew management, ensuring health and safety compliance at all times
• Producing post-event documentation for invoicing and client follow-up

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a production manager within live events, ideally within a venue environment
• Strong technical knowledge across audio, video, lighting, LED, and scenic production
• Large scale venue experience
• Experience in managing budgets and delivering projects on time and within scope
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and client management skills
• Experience with onsite crew management and an understanding of Health & Safety best practice
• A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
