The Company

This organisation has been hugely successful over the years and they have a number of arms to the business – with a key focus being in the events space. The business specialises in providing print, signage and graphics for huge brands across events, venues, conferences and exhibitions.  They have established themselves as a leading player in the industry and are on an ambitious growth journey as they head into the final stretch of 2025.

The Role

As an Events Project Manager, you will work closely with clients on delivering projects and ensuring successful event delivery. From initial brief to execution, you will manage relationships end-to-end and you will co-ordinate with internal teams and work closely with external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and align with budgets.

Key Responsibilities for the Events Project Manager include:

•          Manage client relationships – including initial brief and on-site delivery.

•          Manage budgets – in excess of £500,000 per project on occasion.

•          Liase with internal teams to ensure successful event delivery.

•          Work closely with external suppliers and arrange accordingly.

•          Order project related materials.

•          Quote clients on pricing for events.

The Candidate

We’re looking for an Events Project Manager with proven experience in a client facing role with a background in project management within the events space. You will have strong experience working closely with clients and will have managed budgets autonomously. The business is flexible on background providing you have worked within events.

Essential Skills & Experience:

•          Project management experience

•          Budget management experience

•          Will have experience liasing with external suppliers

•          Must be a strong communicator

•          Will be highly collaborative
