The Company

Led by established industry experts this start up business offers full end to end event agency services to their clients across an already incredibly diverse range of B2B and B2C event projects. With ambitious, yet achievable, growth plans through 2026 this small agency is already working with impressive global brands but they are now seeking to expand this with the addition of an experience Sales Manager.

The Role

To support their upcoming growth, this agency are looking to onboard a Sales Manager on a part time, contract basis with scope for this role to grow into a permanent, full time position for the right individual.

As Sales Manager, responsibilities will include:

-          Unearthing new business opportunities for the agency

-          Proactively sourcing new contacts and clients

-          Leading introductory meetings with potential clients

-          Establishing briefing meetings and opportunities to pitch

-          Managing a sales pipeline and working towards agreed targets

-          Representing the agency at all touchpoints with potential or existing clients

-          Inputting into the wider growth of the agency

The Candidate

Candidates must have proven experience within a proactive sales or business development role within the events industry. We are ideally looking for candidates who have a background within an event or production agency and applicants must be commercially focused and able to work in a target driven environment.
