Part of a larger company and with offices across the globe, this leading agency offer a range of in-house services including logistics, production, video, digital and creative. Globally recognised as one of the best agencies to work for they are renowned for delivering some phenomenal campaigns and live events, with worldwide offices that support their truly global client base. Working across a range of sectors including automotive, energy, IT, retail and healthcare to name a few they deliver a diverse range of projects including product launches, conferences, stand design, 3D interactive screens and models, app development and much more!

With hybrid and virtual events (as well as live) here to stay, this agency have been continually investing, utilising a multitude of different platforms, as well as developing their own bespoke system to produce high quality, reliable virtual events!

THE ROLE

With a busy events calendar from both new and existing clients they are now looking for a Project Manager to come on board and lead the production of virtual event platforms to engage audiences across a range of events. A broad role responsibilities include:

Project managing platforms across multiple events and accounts
Client management
Work collaboratively with the Producer and production team to ensure project deliverables and messaging
Taking briefs (with a Producer) and really understanding what a client is trying to achieve from an event
Advising and selecting appropriate platforms
Working with off the shelf products and bespoke builds
Working closely with digital teams on content and assets
Back-end content management and scheduling
Producing and maintaining all relevant project documentation
Budget management, including supplier management and negotiation
Onsite management / facilitation of virtual events

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have a strong understanding of event management processes, ideally gained from working in a delivery role within an event agency or corporate events team (although other backgrounds will be considered). Candidates must have experience delivering events using platforms (Crowd Comms, cvent or Spotme would be advantageous) and audience engagement tools (apps / polling etc). Candidates must be client facing and have experience of managing and liaising with external suppliers! Candidates must be open to both UK and international travel as you will be expected to go onsite to support on the events.
