THE ROLE

This company are now looking for a Global Account Director to join the Client Services team to manage day to day contact across a major account within the business amongst other accounts.

As Global Account Director you will be responsible for;

* Managing global complex accounts
* Ensuring a high level of customer service
* Identifying new opportunities within accounts
* Streamlining current processes to improve client satisfaction
* Leading on and delivering pitches
* Following up on new business opportunities
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Liaising with internal teams
* Ensuring accounts are profitable
* Overseeing internal accounts team

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role, you will be experienced in growing global accounts in an agency environment. You will be an excellent client communicator with the ability to identify new business opportunities in existing and new accounts.
