Job description

PROJECT MANAGER – RETAIL DESIGN & BRAND ACTIVATION
CREATIVE PROJECTS – CLIENT COLLABORATION – GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

  • Full-time, based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire

  • Salary up to £35,000 (with flexibility for the right candidate)

  • Hybrid working model (4 days office / 1 day home)

  • Projects across beauty, fashion, sport, lifestyle, and home sectors

THE COMPANY

This creative retail design agency transforms brand stories into engaging environments through innovative design, manufacture, and delivery. Known for its collaborative culture and high-quality execution, the business works across a range of sectors — from fashion and beauty to sport and lifestyle — delivering everything from pop-ups and in-store activations to large-scale rollouts.

They’re now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team and help bring these ideas to life.

THE ROLE

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for turning creative concepts into real-world retail experiences. You’ll manage multiple projects at once — planning, coordinating, and delivering installations to exacting standards, while keeping clients informed and teams aligned throughout.

You’ll work closely with designers, technical specialists, and installation teams to ensure every detail is delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.

Key responsibilities of a Project Manager include:

  • Managing retail design and brand activation projects from concept to completion

  • Preparing quotes, managing budgets, and coordinating timelines

  • Liaising with internal teams, clients, and suppliers

  • Leading site visits and installations when required

  • Anticipating challenges and ensuring seamless project delivery

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal Project Manager will bring a mix of creativity, technical understanding, and commercial awareness. You’ll be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

You should be:

  • Experienced (3–5 years) in retail, interiors, exhibitions, or brand activation

  • Strong on communication and coordination

  • Technically confident, with an understanding of production and materials

  • A positive team player with strong problem-solving skills

  • Holder of a full UK driving licence

This Project Manager role is a perfect fit for someone who loves seeing ideas move from sketch to shop floor — combining creativity with practical delivery.

WHY JOIN?

This is your chance to work on exciting projects with global brands, surrounded by a supportive, close-knit team that values collaboration and innovation.

You’ll gain exposure to diverse retail environments, travel across the UK and Europe, and grow within a forward-thinking agency that celebrates creativity and quality in equal measure.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your career, this Project Manager role offers the perfect blend of creativity, responsibility, and growth.
