REMOTE BASED ROLE

THE AGENCY

Highly regarded and well established this events agency really are at the top of their game. With a broad range of services offerings covering live events production, virtual events, communication programmes, film production and interactive media as well as brand and corporate visual identity they work across the pharmaceutical and healthcare space. With an expansive and growing client list they work across a range of projects covering strategy, creative concept writing and campaign development, producing and delivering events including exhibitions, launch events, roadshows ad awards ceremonies to name a few.

Having undergone a recent corporate rebrand, coupled with significant growth at the start of the year they are also have capabilities to deliver bespoke virtual events to their high profile clients.

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth there is now a requirement for an experienced Project Co-ordinator to join their fantastic team and support with projects across the board. A broad role responsibilities will include:

* Supporting Producers and Senior Producers on a range of projects
* Supporting with proposals
* Liaising with internal teams
* Working with third party suppliers including obtaining quotes
* Booking travel and accommodation as necessary
* Administration duties including updating the database and system as required and managing project mailboxes
* Supporting with scheduling and timelines
* Budget management
* Onsite management / supporting with live and virtual events

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have experience of supporting live events within a live event, production or communication agency. Proven experience of working across multiple projects and liaising with suppliers is preferred. Strong attention to detail and administration skills are key and any exposure to working with clients in the healthcare sector would be an added benefit, but is not essential for the role. Ideally candidates should have a proven background of home working with appropriate office set up to facilitate this.
