This Project Manager will work very closely with cross functional teams and be a great communicator within the business
The Role:
Due to the team growing , they are now looking to add a Creative Project Manager. They need someone to join the team and help shape the look and feel of everything the business brings to life. You will be involved in the below:
- Kick off the day with the design and production team to align on priorities, ideas in development, and installation timelines
- Double-check every detail: Does that vinyl fit the window curve? Does that plinth make it through the shop door
- Lead regular calls or in-person walk-throughs with retail clients and creative partners
- Overseeing fabrication, prop creation, signage production or sculptural build-outs—ensuring brand and design fidelity
The Candidate:
In order to be a successful candidate, you must have experience of being a Creative Project Manager and working in either an exhibition design and build agency, event agency or production agency and used to working on a range of events/ fit outs. Within the Project Manager role you will be the “calm in the chaos” when timelines shift or unexpected challenges arise. Alongside your experience, you must love the idea of working within the retail space and watching the activation come to life.

THE ROLE
The Event Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of international B2B summits. This includes logistical planning, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, onsite execution, and post-event reporting. The position offers hybrid working based from the Brighton office, with regular international travel required to deliver events on the ground.
Key Responsibilities of the Event Manager
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Event Manager will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end event planning and onsite delivery, coupled with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the confidence to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders, speakers, and suppliers. A high level of attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure are crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and familiarity with event platforms such as Cvent or Swapcard is desirable. Additional language skills, such as Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic, or Mandarin, would be an advantage. Candidates must also be open to international travel and flexible working hours around event delivery.
