The Role

Event Client Services Director sits at SLT with broad responsibilities including;
- Lead and manage the F1 Hospitality Account/Project team, fostering accountability, creativity, and collaboration
- Hold overall accountability for all project output across F1 client base
- Oversee P&L and commercials for key client accounts and projects
- Identify opportunities for account growth and scalability
- Lead on pitch responses and delivery for potential new project opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction
- Identify skills gaps and support career progression and recruitment planning
- Manage resource allocation and engage freelance support when needed
- Gather client feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement and inform future planning.

• End to end project management

• Working closely with in-house teams including creative, design and build
• Briefing and managing external suppliers and stakeholders
• Managing& communicating operating plans including project schedules and design elements

The Candidate
Candidates should ideally be working in a similar role for either an exhibition design agency or an event agency delivering exhibition and tradeshow stand projects. Candidates from other project management backgrounds such as experiential, temporary structure or retail build may also be considered. Knowledge of build materials, an understanding of CAD software and an IOSH certificate would be beneficial but are not essential.
