The Role
As Head of Event Production this role sits on the Senior Leadership Team and will head up the running and development of the production team with incredibly varied responsibilities including:
- Leading the team - goal setting, KPIs, performance improvements, etc.
- Overseeing the overall production output of the agency day to day
- Implementing processes for efficient working practices
- Managing resource requirements across the team
- Leading on partner and supplier contracting and relationships
- Ensuring effective health & safety practices are in place
- Managing the internal hires department improving processes and profit maximisation
- Holding accountability for department P&L and commercials
The Candidate
We are seeking candidates who are currently working at a senior leadership level within an event production agency environment. Candidates will have a solid background in hands on, large scale production delivery for a variety of event projects as well as a senior level skill set managing teams, commercials and process development within an event production environment. We are ideally looking for a knowledge of both technical and scenic/build production and global event experience would be a huge benefit.

The Role
As the Event/Site Manager, you’ll take the lead in planning, organising, and executing events from start to finish. You’ll oversee a team of 10–15 staff on event days, coordinate with suppliers, and play an active role in promoting future events.

The Candidate
Candidates should have proven experience in site management of outdoor events involving external equipment and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. You will be highly motivated, energetic, and capable of working under pressure while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. A friendly, approachable manner and the ability to engage with both children and adults are essential.
The role requires a physically active individual who is first aid trained and comfortable with the demands of a hands-on position. Candidates must hold a full, clean driving licence and be willing to travel, including being away from home for up to two weeks at a time during event periods at various locations across the UK.
Strong upselling skills are a distinct advantage to maximise event revenue opportunities. You will be a fast learner, able to adapt quickly, juggle multiple responsibilities, and find effective solutions to problems as they arise. Confidence in taking charge and leading on the day of the event is essential.
A tech-savvy individual with some experience in rigging and a working knowledge of social media platforms is preferred, as the role will involve elements of digital engagement and technical support.

The Role
As a Senior Production Manager within the agency you'll be leading production on your own projects from start to finish. This is a broad role where no two days will be the same, but here's a general overview of responsibilities:
- Managing production projects from brief to delivery
- Assessing feasibility of creative design solutions
- Specifying all areas of bespoke build, sound, lighting, projection etc
- Liaising with and managing specialist technical and build suppliers
- Collaborating with internal teams (specifically creative and project management)
- Leading the logistics of production requirements - shipping etc.
- Carrying out site visits
- Managing production budgets
- Overseeing onsite installation and delivery
- Leading health & safety / RAMS requirements
