The Role

As a senior role within the agency you'll be leading your own event projects from a production standpoint and leading the team. This is a broad role where no two days will be the same, but here’s a general overview of responsibilities:

• Working with in house creatives to come up with the overarching creative / production solution
• Specifying all areas of bespoke build, sound, lighting, projection etc
• Liaising with and managing specialist production suppliers
• Liaising with internal teams (specifically creative and project management)
• Site visits
• Budget management
• On site management
• Health & safety / RAMS
• Team management 

The Candidate

We’re looking for an established Production Director who has experience delivering experiential or exhibition events within a production / build agency. Combined with this experience the candidate must have the drive and passion to join a fantastic creative event agency where they’ll get to work on amazing events projects, all within a supportive, innovative and close-knit team.

THE ROLE

As the business progresses further into 2025, they are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Exhibition Sales Executive to help them achieve their exciting growth plans and keep up with demand.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Pitch events to key decision makers within your client base.
• Source leads and qualify prospective inbound leads.
• Nurture existing relationships and secure repeat business.
