The Candiate The ideal candidate will have significant proven experience in Stage and Exhibition Management within live event technical delivery.You must be an ambitiousLead Technician (Staging & Exhibition) who displays a positive, proactive attitude and a strong work ethic, with a desire to work in a fast-paced, fun, team environment that strives to deliver the best.Key Skills and Experience Required: Significant proven experience in Stage and Exhibition Management within live event technical delivery.In-depth rigging, scenic, and counterweight flying experience.Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on building motivated and engaged teams.Experience in a theatrical or live event stage manager role, with a basic further understanding of Video, Lighting, and Sound equipment.Computer literate with a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.Ability to operate mobile access equipment.Health & Safety Qualification / NEBOSH desirable.
