You will possess strong project management and organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrate a proactive mindset, capable of identifying new opportunities and turning them into successful initiatives. Analytical and data-driven, you will make informed decisions while maintaining excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. As a Senior Events Co-ordinator, you will be able to plan, prioritise, and manage a demanding workload within tight deadlines, thriving as a self-motivated team player in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with familiarity with event technology and software, and a keen awareness of emerging event trends and industry best practices.
