This is a senior role within the team where you will be expected to lead by example and provide a strategic perspective working closely with the Head of Event Management. Key responsibilities include: Setting high standards in communication, stakeholder engagement and deliveryActing as the lead point of contact for a portfolio of complex eventsEnd to end planning and deliveryLeading client planning meetings and site visitsOverseeing set up, delivery and breakdownOversight of event documentation including H & SSenior POC for high profile clientsBuilding long term relationshipsKey stakeholder managementFinancial responsibility of events Line management of junior team membersProviding strategic direction to the events department THE CANDIDATE To be successful as a Senior Event Manager, you will be used to delivering large scale events end to end either at a venue, organiser, association or agency at a senior level.
