We are working with a multi-discipline event production company who work across all facets of the live events industry for some fantastic clients on an international scale!
THE COMPANY
This organisation design, build, dress and drape several types of events such as conferences, launches, award ceremonies, exhibitions, experiential and creative activations. They offer a vast breadth of experience and employ designers, visualisers, project managers, technicians, set builders, scenic artists, drape makers and dressers to deliver above and beyond their client’s expectations.
They pride themselves on being inventive and creative and everything they do starts with a concern for the aesthetic with an intention that every project, however large or small, looks brilliant.
THE ROLE
Now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their existing teams, responsibilities will include:
- Manage all elements of the live event production process from start to finish
- Receiving and responding to initial client briefs
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients
- Costing and quoting projects
- Managing budgets to ensure expected profit levels are met
- Pre-empting and resolving project related problems
- Communicating courteously and calmly with all stakeholders
- Producing technical layouts and construction drawings in CAD
- Planning loading lists, technical requirements and site requirements
- Effectively predict site personnel requirements
- Managing fit-ups and breakdowns in a safe and professional manner
- Carry out post event evaluation
THE PERSON
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a productions environment where you have liaised with workshops and warehouses. As Senior Project Manager you will be client facing and have proven experience building and growing relationships. Proficient use of design software would be advantageous however basic knowledge will be considered and upskilled if you are successful.
