THE ROLE
This is a delivery-focused Project Manager role, based out of Worcestershire but involving significant UK-wide travel (often up to 30,000 miles per year). You will take ownership of projects from pre-site planning through to onsite execution and final client handover.
Duties as Project Manager will include:
- Managing the delivery planning phase including schedules, logistics and supplier coordination
- Acting as the key point of contact during the delivery stage
- Liaising with clients, sales teams and third-party suppliers
- Producing site plans and technical drawings
- Managing project Health & Safety documentation and compliance
- Coordinating yard, stock and operations teams ahead of mobilisation
- Leading all onsite activity including labour, subcontractors and suppliers
- Overseeing build, live phase and dismantle
- Managing client sign-off and documentation handover
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this Project Manager role, you will have experience within the events, marquees or temporary structures sector, or potentially from a construction background (particularly Tier 1 or industrial projects) with strong delivery and paperwork management experience.
You must be comfortable being hands-on onsite, leading teams, problem-solving in real time and working flexible hours when projects require it. Experience managing third-party contractors and a solid understanding of Health & Safety are essential.
A project management qualification is beneficial, and any formal H&S certification is desirable. Cultural fit is key - this business values accountability, practical leadership and a solutions-focused mindset.
In return, you'll join a growing, well-regarded company offering flexibility, no overtime culture (with time given back where needed), significant autonomy and the chance to build a long-term career within a quality-driven organisation.
