The Role
Due to sustained growth, the agency is now looking to appoint an experienced Account Director to take a leading role across outdoor build and sports-focused experiential projects. Acting as a senior client partner and internal lead, you’ll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team while overseeing creative and production delivery across a varied project portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading client relationships and managing key accounts
- Taking, interpreting and constructively challenging briefs
- Developing compelling, creative responses and proposals
- Overseeing delivery across all project stages, ensuring timelines & quality standards are met
- Leading internal creative, design and technical teams
- Collaborating with external suppliers and specialist partners
- Managing stakeholders at all levels
- Owning project budgets and commercial performance
- Line managing, mentoring and developing team members
The Candidate
The successful Account Director will come from an events, experiential or production agency background, with a strong track record of delivering projects from initial concept through to live execution. You’ll have hands-on experience across a range of live events, including outdoor sporting events, brand activations, fan zones, product launches or public engagement experiences.
Strong client leadership skills are essential for this Account Director role, alongside the ability to confidently interpret briefs, shape ideas and create engaging proposals. Previous line management experience is highly desirable, and you must be comfortable being on-site to oversee delivery when required. This role is perfectly suited to an Account Director who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working on ambitious, high-profile projects.
