CREATIVE LEAD DESIGNER – EVENTS & EXPERIENCES

NORTH WEST – HYBRID WORKING (3 DAYS IN-STUDIO / 2 FROM HOME)

UP TO £55,000 DOE

THE ROLE

Within this role, will guide the design output across both client-facing and internal creative needs. You will help define visual direction, oversee the design pipeline, and remain hands-on in the creation of high-quality 2D design and visual storytelling. The responsibilities will include:


• Collaborating with clients, internal departments, and external partners to deliver exceptional creative outcomes
• Contributing to concept development, graphic design, storyboarding, and overall creative strategy
• Taking ownership of brand and campaign visuals across multiple touchpoints
• Supporting the delivery of live and digital experiences through innovative design work
• Internal design needs, designing logos and pitch decks using powerpoint
• Remaining hands-on with design tools and processes to produce polished visual content

THE CANDIDATE

In order to be a successful candidate, you must have experience of being a Designer in the events space and be a hands on Designer and not just strategy led. You will need experience of using the adobe creative suite and be digitally focused. YOU must have experience in events either experiential or corporate.
