THE ROLE
 

With new clients coming on board and exciting plans for the future there’s now a great opportunity to join the delegate management team as Event Delegate Manager.

Responsibilities will include: 

• Supporting in the build of event registration websites and apps in Swoogo
• Liaising with clients on delegate management projects
• Overseeing the end-to-end delegate management process for corporate events, including registration, accommodation, travel, and on-site coordination.
• Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate logistics, event materials, and communication strategies.
• Analysing and reporting on delegate data to enhance future event planning and execution
• Ensuring functionality of apps and registration sites 
• Content management across registration websites and apps
• Staying current on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the delegate experience

THE CANDIDATE
 

The successful candidate will have solid experience in delegate management, ideally from within an event agency environment. This can be either as a role in itself or as part of a wider project delivery role.
