The Role
Due to continued business wins and the growth of key client accounts, there is now an opportunity for an experienced Event Producer to join their close-knit team and focus on delivering corporate brand engagement events. You will take projects from brief to execution, ensuring every event delivers a world-class brand experience. Key responsibilities for the Event Producer are broad and include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients
- Taking briefs and translating client objectives into creative and production solutions
- Advising clients on brand experience and experiential activity
- End-to-end project management and schedule oversight
- Briefing and coordinating internal creative and production teams
- Managing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Budget management
- On-site event management
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for the Event Producer role will come from an event / production agency and have proven experience managing and delivering high-profile events, while maintaining strong client relationships. You will understand creative production and confidently advise clients throughout the process.
