THE ROLE
Due to continued growth and an expanding events calendar, there is now an exciting opportunity for a Production Manager to join the team and deliver a wide range of live and hybrid events across the group’s venues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the technical delivery of live and virtual events alongside the technical production team
- Liaising directly with clients to interpret briefs and deliver creative, cost-effective production solutions
- Overseeing events including conferences, gala dinners, exhibitions, and product launches
- Supporting the sales team with complex technical and production enquiries
- Providing guidance on power, data, lighting, audio, and video requirements
- Managing production budgets efficiently and ensuring safety regulations are met
- Delivering on-site technical management during live events
- (CAD experience preferred but not essential)
This is a brilliant role for an experienced Production Manager ready to take on new challenges in a high-profile, fast-paced environment, where no two events are the same.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have solid production management experience within a venue or event production company and a track record of delivering a wide variety of events. Senior Technicians with strong client-facing skills looking to step up will also be considered.
You’ll bring a proactive, hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating exceptional live event experiences.
