THE ROLE

A fantastic position has now become available for an experienced, passionate and driven Event Sales Director to work across their growing agency and be responsible for sales, retention and business development. You will manage an established team and build strong relationships with potential sales to maximise event sales revenue.

The responsibilities of the Event Sales Director include:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that will drive business growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Manage and nurture key accounts, including complex, multi-dimensional deals
  • Represent the company at industry events, building brand presence and networking
  • Lead the preparation of proposals, tenders, and business pitches
  • Manage an established sales team
  • Map out areas for potential business growth
  • Monitor and analyse sales figures, report back to senior management
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth client handovers and service delivery

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates applying for the Event Sales Director role should have similar experience gained from working within a creative event agency – ideally conducting multi-million pound annual sales conversion. You will require firm account management skills, as well as strong new business outreach and engagement.
