THE ROLE
 
Due to continued growth there is now an opportunity for someone to come onboard and support across the board with areas including registration systems, interactive event technology, interactive apps and virtual event platforms. Covering all aspects of set up, data and content management, testing, deployment and performance analysis responsibilities include:
 
  • End to end project management support on digital deliverables including platforms/web/apps/mobile/VR&AR/registration systems
  • Working closely with in-house accounts, creative, content and production teams
  • Supporting on the briefing of digital deliverables
  • Ensuring processes and efficiency across the board
  • Content management including ensuring functionality and design and app support 
  • Uploading content onto platforms
  • Working across multiple events concurrently
  • Liaising with developers to ensure functionally is developed in line with clients expectations
  • Supplier management and liaison
  • Inputting ideas on how to expand the agency’s digital offering


 THE CANDIDATE
 
Candidates should be familiar with virtual events and platforms and be comfortable with technology including software platforms and web applications. Experience of working with event technology including data and content management is key. Candidates must be process driven, with excellent organisational skills. Confidence with troubleshooting technical issues is ideal as is the ability to quickly understand technical matters and communicate them succinctly.  Candidates must be open to international and national travel.
