THE ROLE

As a Registration Manager you will be responsible for taking the lead on attendee management and supporting across other logistical planning.

Responsibilities will include;

* Carrying out general registration administration
* Leading the event registration process
* Managing delegate queries and ongoing communication
* Coordinating email inboxes and hotlines
* Preparing rooming lists and transfer manifests (via excel)
* Proofing and editing registration communications
* Assisting with post event delegate analysis
* Working closely with internal project team members
* Attending events onsite both nationally and internationally
* Supporting in other areas of logistical event planning where needed

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate strong delegate management skills across large scale events including CRM system knowledge (e.g. cvent), delegate communications and logistics management. An event agency background would be beneficial however experience from other settings will be considered. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage time are essential.
