The Role

As Managing Director this role will strategically lead the agency's Middle East operation with a focus on business development and long term profitability.  

The Managing Director role will encompass the following responsibilities:  

-          Leading the agency's global strategy

-          Identifying and developing new business opportunities at a senior level

-          Holding financial accountability including budgeting and forecasting for the group

-          Developing business strategy to drive profitability

-          Managing the leadership team

-          Leading general business operations including operational excellence

-          Acting as main point of contact for all senior stakeholders

-          Fostering a positive and high-performance culture internally

-          Heading up crisis management for internal and external issues

-          Representing the agency at key meetings and events

The Candidate

Candidates must have proven experience working at Managing Director level or in a senior leadership role within a creative, event or production agency environment. Candidates must be able to showcase expertise in managing cross functional teams, leading on strategy and high-level financial management. It is essential that candidates have extensive experience working within the Middle Eastern market and are able to demonstrate an existing client network across the Middle East. Experience with clients in the luxury sector would be preferential.

We are ideally seeking candidates who are already based in Dubai or those who are open to permanent relocation to Dubai.
