THE COMPANY

THE ROLE

As Events Coordinator, you’ll help deliver a wide range of corporate events from conception through to on‑site execution. You’ll work closely with the wider events team, supporting both event delivery and general office operations.

Responsibilities as Events Coordinator include:

  • Supporting the organisation and delivery of company and client events, including international travel when required
  • Managing invite lists, liaising with suppliers and venues, and ensuring all client approvals are completed
  • Comfortable travelling for events when required
  • Coordinating meeting schedules, preparing documents and updating company records
  • Making travel arrangements including visas, itineraries and logistics
  • Assisting with the administration of industry documentation
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Providing front‑of‑house support, greeting clients and preparing meeting rooms
  • Supporting office tasks such as courier dispatch, diary scheduling and general admin
  • Providing cover for colleagues and taking initiative to support the wider team

THE CANDIDATE

We’re looking for an organised, detail‑driven Events Coordinator with previous experience in events and administration, ideally in a corporate environment. You’ll be confident communicating with internal teams and senior stakeholders, proactive in managing your workload, and able to work under pressure during busy event periods.
