THE COMPANY

This company are more than just a brand experience agency. They are a close-knit team of delivery specialists who pride themselves on creating exceptional experiences and doing it together. They specialise in conferences, incentives, experiential brand activations and pharma led projects. They are known for their ability to deliver complex projects seamlessly.

Their projects are not just seen, they are experienced. From award-winning exhibitions to world-class immersive events, they bring to life spaces that captivate audiences and create unforgettable moments.

Culture sits at the heart of the business. The team genuinely live and breathe what they do, with regular socials, beach days, seaside away days and monthly payday get-togethers creating an environment where people feel connected and supported. The office reflects this culture too, with an onsite gym, golf simulator, wellbeing team, healthcare support and even dogs welcome at work. Flexible hybrid working is encouraged, with core hours designed to support work-life balance while recognising the demands of live event delivery.

THE ROLE

Within this role as a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the delivery of multiple projects from brief through to debrief, working both independently and as part of a wider delivery team. You will take ownership of smaller projects while supporting on larger-scale programmes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.

- Managing multiple projects simultaneously across live events, conferences and incentives
- Owning the full project lifecycle from proposal and budgeting through to delivery and debrief
- Onsite project and client management, including conference-led and incentive projects
- Collaborating closely with creative teams, production partners and internal stakeholders
- Working across sectors, with exposure to pharma projects but not siloed to one discipline

THE CANDIDATE

In order to be a successful candidate, you must have experience within an agency or fast-paced delivery environment. You will be comfortable working autonomously, managing multiple projects at once and taking full ownership of delivery. Experience within pharma, particularly conference-led projects, would be advantageous but is not essential. You will have strong financial acumen, experience building and managing budgets, and confidence working onsite and client-facing
