The Role

Due to a member of the team going on maternity leave, they are now looking for an Venue Sourcing Manager to join them and pick up key accounts/ projects, whilst working within a close-knit team

This is a varied and rewarding role where, as the Venue Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for:

-          Sourcing and contacting top-tier venues globally

-          Negotiating rates and securing the best contract terms

-          Building and nurturing supplier relationships

-          Maximising revenue through upselling opportunities

-          Creating standout proposals that win business

-          Organising venue visits and site inspections

-          Booking travel and accommodation for project teams

-          Managing budgets with precision

-          Supporting on-site delivery when needed

-          Jumping in with wider event support as required

The Candidate

You'll ideally have previous experience as an Venue Sourcing Manager within an event agency or hotel/ venue environment and be confident working on international corporate events. But more than that, we're looking for someone who's passionate, proactive, and ready to grow with a forward-thinking organisation.
