THE ROLE
Due to their ongoing success, they are now looking for a confident and proactive Head of Client Services to join their high-performance account management team. You will lead key client relationships, drive account growth, and oversee the delivery of exceptional event experiences. This role is pivotal in strengthening long-term partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, and guiding teams to deliver operational excellence across live, virtual, and hybrid events.
A broad role, the Head of Client Services responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the senior point of contact for strategic client accounts.
- Build deep, trusting relationships with clients through proactive communication.
- Lead strategic planning sessions and client reviews.
- Translate client objectives into executable strategies.
- Develop and implement account plans that support growth and retention.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across event services.
- Pitch new concepts, formats, and innovative solutions.
- Oversee the successful delivery of multiple large-scale or complex events.
- Ensure events meet KPIs, timelines, and budget expectations.
- Mentor and guide account and project teams.
- Collaborate with creative, production, operations, and finance teams.
- Own account financial performance including forecasting and profitability.
- Create accurate scopes, proposals, and pricing models.
- Manage resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
THE CANDIDATE
The Head of Client Services will have 5+ years experience in client services or account management within events live events. You must have a proven track record of managing major accounts and complex event delivery. Additionally, you will be a strong communicator and leader who feels confident mentoring and developing a team!
