THE ROLE

 

They are now seeking a Senior Conference Producer, ready to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact to help shape the 2026 event programme. As part of this position, you will be expected to moderate and host events, representing the business confidently on stage and online.

This is a broad role that includes duties such as:

  • Own the full development of event programmes, ensuring sessions address audience needs and industry trends.
  • Conduct research calls with the target audience or relevant industry professionals to understand job roles, industry challenges, opportunities, and market trends.
  • Draft detailed event agendas based on research insights and market needs.
  • Identify, approach, and secure speakers, panellists, and moderators.
  • Manage all speaker logistics, including preparation calls, session development, and material collection.
  • Draft and edit content for event websites, email campaigns, social media, and brochures.
  • Proactively build relationships with speakers, influencers, and sponsors to amplify promotion and strengthen industry presence.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and sponsorship teams
  • Identify and develop new revenue opportunities through content innovation, sponsorship, or partnerships.
  • Manage budgets for programme development, speaker expenses, and content production.
  • Develop standalone and event-linked content such as webinars, virtual sessions, podcasts, and reports.

 

 

THE CANDIDATE

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing content-led, commercially driven events, with at least four years of experience. You will be confident in researching market trends, curating engaging programmes, and communicating and managing high-profile speakers across both live and virtual events.
