The Company

This events agency, has been going for over 25 years delivering an array of live and virtual events for global clients. Their broad portfolio includes live international events including conferences, roadshows, product launches, exhibitions, team building, business meetings, hospitality and incentives for numbers ranging from 20 - 2000 pax. Specialising in a variety of sectors such as Technology and Law, this agency works as a close-knit team ensuring an excellent service is delivered when managing events on behalf of their clients.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Senior Event Manager to join their team to support with the end to end managements of their B2B event projects.

The Role 

Reporting directly into the Head of Events, the responsibilities of a Senior Event Manager will include: 

-          Taking event briefs and working directly with end clients

-          Contributing to event proposals and costings

-          Producing and managing project delivery schedules       

-          Adhering to clients' needs, branding, and service regulations

-          Researching and sourcing venues internationally

-          Conducting site visits

-          Briefing internal design and creative teams

-          Liaising and negotiating with suppliers including production

-          Managing and reconciling budgets up to £1m

-          International onsite event management and onsite team management

-          Project leadership of 1 Project Coordinator

The Candidate

The ideal Senior Event Manager, will have experience of working within an agency environment managing and delivering events from start to finish. You will have excellent organisation skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
