The Role:


Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Senior Events Co-ordinator to join their expanding events team. Based in their London office near Oxford Circus, this role offers the opportunity to be part of the planning, execution, and growth of a dynamic event portfolio. The successful candidate will manage a variety of business events designed to drive engagement, enhance brand awareness, and generate revenue.

This is a broad role where the Senior Events Co-ordinator will use all their event and project management skills and experience, including:

  • Planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of business events from concept development through to post-event evaluation
  • Developing event timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Managing multiple events simultaneously, including both revenue-generating and brand awareness initiatives
  • Working closely with in-house teams such as marketing, creative, and commercial to deliver seamless events
  • Sourcing, briefing, and managing external suppliers and stakeholders, including venues, caterers, AV teams, and production partners
  • Managing and communicating operating plans, including schedules, agendas, and event design elements
  • Developing and delivering world-class a content and managing speakers, including preparation of scripts for roundtables and panels
  • Securing and maintaining relationships with sponsors and partners to enhance event offerings
  • Managing budgets, tracking expenses and revenues, and identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining event quality
  • Ensuring exceptional attendee experience and adherence to health, safety, and compliance regulations
  • Managing on-site event operations, including logistics, set-up, and breakdown
  • Inputting event details and managing registrations via the events platform, troubleshooting issues as required
  • Conducting post-event evaluations and reporting insights to inform improvements for future events

The Candidate:


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience as a Senior Events Co-ordinator in event management, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding business content events. You will possess strong project management and organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrate a proactive mindset, capable of identifying new opportunities and turning them into successful initiatives. Analytical and data-driven, you will make informed decisions while maintaining excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. As a Senior Events Co-ordinator, you will be able to plan, prioritise, and manage a demanding workload within tight deadlines, thriving as a self-motivated team player in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with familiarity with event technology and software, and a keen awareness of emerging event trends and industry best practices.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ a Senior Events Co-ordinator  experience in event management, with a track record of delivering outstanding business content events.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset, able to identify new opportunities and turn them into successful initiatives.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
