THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior Event Marketing Executive to join a fast-paced marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This hands-on role offers the chance to lead delegate-focused campaigns across a varied portfolio of B2B events, combining creativity, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering multi-channel campaigns, driving audience engagement, and supporting event logistics. Based in London with hybrid flexibility, the role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is keen to make a visible impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute email and social media campaigns using Pardot and Mailchimp.
- Analyse campaign performance and present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and manage audience databases.
- Coordinate communications across internal teams and external partners.
- Support event delivery and logistics where needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes and effectiveness.
- Stay current with marketing trends and contribute ideas to team strategy.
THE CANDIDATE
As Senior Event Marketing Executive, you will bring over two years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within events, and be confident leading campaigns from concept to delivery. They’ll be data-driven, comfortable presenting insights to stakeholders, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement. Skilled in email marketing, CRM systems, and design tools, they’ll also be highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects. A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, they’ll thrive in a collaborative environment and be eager to get stuck in across all areas of campaign execution.
