With a broad range of service offerings covering live events production, virtual events, communication programmes, film production and interactive media as well as brand and corporate identity they work across a broad range of commercial client sectors.
 
With an expansive and growing client list they focus on bringing ideas to live and engaging and motivating audiences through a broad range of projects covering strategy, creative concept writing, campaign development and execution in print, web, HTML, SharePoint, video, art, and graphics.
 
Partnering with their clients to understand the brand objectives including the 'what' and 'why's' of the campaign they provide a full range of communication solutions including  creative and digital assets, and branded programs to transformation campaigns, muti-channel messaging and communication platforms.
 
THE ROLE
 
Due to a new campaign win for an external client, there is now a need for an experienced Senior Project Manager to come on board and take ownership of a number of corporate communication and internal marketing projects across the year. Being responsible for all areas of communication and marketing assets and full project management of the roll-out, responsibilities will include:
 
•           Leading and owning the execution of individual projects
•           Taking responsibility for ensuring the agency output adheres to client objectives
•          Overseeing communications work from strategic development to pre-planning, execution and to metrics review.
•          Liaising with internal studio teams such as graphic design, presentation design, digital, copy, video production and video post-production to manage asset creation from brief, creative to execution
•          Working closely with internal teams to ensure content and asset development are in line with client objectives and provide a consistent narrative and emotive message for corporate brand transformation
•          Producing and managing project run schedules and critical path analysis
•           Managing and communicating timelines both internally and to the client
•           Collaborating with the Traffic Manager to ensure adequate resourcing across projects
 
THE CANDIDATE
 
Candidates must have a solid background of project management, ideally gained from working within a creative team or environment. Candidates must have a knowledge of creative and how this is involved in communication campaigns including strong knowledge of digital assets and how these are created and managed through the process. Experience of working within an events, creative or marketing agency would be preferred but other backgrounds will be considered. An understanding of presentation content and the ability to turn this into engaging user experiences for face to face conference and events or exhibition activities would be beneficial but is not essential for the role.
