THE ROLE

A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Senior 3D Designer to take full ownership of creative concepts across custom‑built exhibition stands and experiential spaces. This is a hands‑on, senior creative role that blends conceptual thinking, technical design expertise and client‑facing collaboration.

You’ll lead design development from initial sketch through to detailed 2D/3D drawings and high‑quality renders, using industry‑standard tools such as Vectorworks and 3D Studio Max. You will contribute directly to pitches, proposals and live project workflows, ensuring every concept aligns with client objectives while pushing design innovation.

Key Responsibilities as Senior 3D Designer include:

• Leading creative concept development for exhibition stands and experiential event environments.
• Producing detailed 2D drawings, 3D models and photorealistic renders using Vectorworks and 3D Studio Max.
• Supporting sales and account teams with visual storytelling and client presentations.
• Incorporating client feedback and ensuring designs meet brand, budget and build feasibility requirements.
• Staying ahead of design trends and introducing innovative creative approaches across projects.

THE CANDIDATE

This role suits an experienced, forward‑thinking Senior 3D Designer with a strong portfolio in custom exhibition design and experiential environments. You’ll bring advanced proficiency in Vectorworks and 3D Studio Max, excellent spatial design knowledge and a solid understanding of how creative decisions translate into buildable solutions.

You are confident in presenting ideas, collaborating across teams and guiding clients through the design process. Experience with international projects, sustainable design approaches or Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial. As a Senior 3D Designer, you’ll be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and motivated by the challenge of delivering innovative, brand‑led work.
