The Role

With continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking for an Event Producer to join their talented team. The Event Producer will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of live, virtual and hybrid events, ensuring technical production and creative content are seamlessly aligned with client objectives. The Event Producer will combine technical expertise with creative thinking, ensuring every event is commercially sound, operationally seamless and strategically impactful. This is a broad and hands-on position where the Event Producer will lead across the following areas:

•          Managing full project lifecycles from brief through to reconciliation

•          Leading technical planning including AV, staging, set design and digital platforms

•          Overseeing content development including presentations, video, graphics and event assets

•          Acting as a key client liaison throughout planning and live delivery

•          Managing budgets, tracking profitability and negotiating with suppliers

•          Overseeing Health & Safety processes on-site

•          Collaborating closely with creative, delivery, finance and guest services teams

•          Supporting pitch development with innovative and well-researched proposals

•          Leading on-site technical and content delivery, briefing and managing production crews

The Candidate

Candidates must have a solid agency background coupled with experience in event production and content delivery. The ideal Event Producer will have solid knowledge of AV systems, staging and live environments, alongside an understanding of digital event platforms and hybrid delivery.

Candidates must demonstrate strong budget management and supplier negotiation skills, proven creative ideation experience and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly PowerPoint) are essential. This role requires someone confident in client environments who can proactively drive projects forward while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Experience delivering international events, working with global suppliers and familiarity with ROI methodologies would be advantageous.
