The Role

As the agency continues to grow and expand its event calendar, they’re looking for a talented Event Manager to join the team and take ownership of end-to-end project delivery. Working alongside senior project leads, you’ll play a key role in delivering creative, high-impact events.

•          Leading the end-to-end management of live, video, design, and digital projects

•          Acting as the main client contact, building trusted relationships

•          Contributing creative ideas and solutions for proposals and projects

•          Coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless delivery

•          Managing timelines, schedules, and resource planning

•          Overseeing logistics — from venues and crew to suppliers and content production

•          Managing budgets and maintaining financial control throughout each project

•          Delivering events onsite in the UK and internationally

The Candidate

To be considered for the Event Manager role candidates must have proven experience in end-to-end event delivery ideally gained from within an agency environment. A collaborative mindset is essential and experience in content creation, technical production, or exhibition build projects would be a real advantage.

The successful Event Manager will be confident managing clients, budgets, and multiple projects simultaneously — thriving in a fast-paced, creative environment. Experience using Procim is beneficial but not essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Event Manager to work on exciting UK and international events, travel as part of your role, and be part of a supportive and ambitious team.
