Their talented in-house team covers creative, production, logistics, and technical delivery, working collaboratively to produce seamless, high-impact events that wow audiences worldwide. THE ROLE
Due to continued success and new client wins, the agency is looking for a confident, passionate Event Manager to take the lead on a variety of exciting global events. You’ll be the driving force from concept to completion, managing complex projects and inspiring clients and colleagues alike. Event Manager responsibilities include:
• Leading projects from initial brief through to flawless delivery — live, virtual, and hybrid.
• Collaborating with creative, production, and technical teams to bring bold ideas to life.
• Building strong client relationships, managing communications, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Managing event budgets and timelines with precision and commercial awareness.
• Overseeing all logistics — including venue sourcing, travel, and accommodation.
• Coordinating suppliers, DMCs, and partners with expert negotiation skills.
• Delegate management and registration
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture.
• Staying ahead of industry trends, new technologies, and global destinations
• Onsite management and delivery of events
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have a proven track record of delivering a wide range of events, ideally within an agency environment, although this is not essential. To be considered for the Event Manager role you should have experience managing events end-to-end, including all logistics, delegate management, registration, and on-site delivery. A strong commercial awareness and strong supplier management skills are essential.
