The Role

As Event Producer you’ll play a central role in delivering innovative and engaging projects end-to-end. Working closely with Account Directors and internal specialists, you’ll take ownership of multiple projects — ensuring every element is delivered seamlessly and creatively. Key responsibilities include

•          Leading the planning and delivery of events from concept to completion

•          Working closely with Account Directors and in-house teams across creative, production and logistics

•          Managing suppliers, sourcing entertainment, décor and event collateral

•          Overseeing budgets, schedules and client communications

•          Providing on-site event management and leadership to ensure smooth delivery

The Candidate 

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and confident event professional, currently working as an Event Producer within an agency or production environment. You’ll bring a proven track record of delivering corporate events from start to finish, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Skilled in budget management, supplier negotiation, and client communication, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where creativity and innovation are at the heart of everything. To be considered for this Event Producer  role a hands-on approach and willingness to travel for on-site event delivery are essential, along with the passion and drive to consistently exceed expectations.
