Operating across multiple UK locations and supporting clients globally, they deliver high-quality rigging equipment and technical expertise backed by a passionate and experienced team.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to bring on a talented Project Manager to join their London-based team.

The Role

This is a dynamic and hands-on role where the Project Manager will oversee projects from initial enquiry through to delivery, ensuring exceptional service and precision throughout.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and presenting accurate and timely customer quotations
• Providing technical advice on equipment and project requirements
• Managing client enquiries and maintaining strong relationships
• Handling customer issues and complaints professionally
• Sourcing and developing external suppliers
• Supporting proactive sales and project management processes
• Liaising with internal teams regarding schedules and equipment availability

This is a fast-paced environment where the Project Manager will work across a wide variety of projects, offering real diversity in day-to-day responsibilities.

The Candidate

The ideal Project Manager will be a motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives both independently and as part of a team.

Key requirements:

• Previous experience in project management (rigging or rental environments highly desirable)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
• Proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused mindset
