THE ROLE

As a Mid-Tier Designer, you’ll create high-quality design outputs across presentations, digital assets, print materials, and motion graphics. You’ll interpret complex briefs, develop concepts, and deliver polished, brand-aligned visuals.

Responsibilities as Mid-Tier Designer include:

• Producing clear, engaging design work across multiple formats
• Translating complex ideas into simple, compelling visuals
• Applying strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Working confidently in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
• Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Collaborating with creative leads and project teams
• Maintaining high attention to detail and quality control
• Supporting junior designers and contributing to team learning

THE CANDIDATE

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Mid-Tier Designer with experience in a creative or agency setting. You’ll have a strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills, along with proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication, time management, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
