THE ROLE
Due to continued success and internal development, there is now the opportunity for an Operations Manager to lead business change and improve business process. Responsibilities will include:
- Analysis of business operations and workflows
- Implementing processes to increase performance & reduce costs
- Integration of systems & technology to drive project revenues
- Revision and formulation of policies
- Overseeing project teams and resource
- Overseeing recruitment, training & development of operations team
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a senior operational role, with experience in managing change and promoting employee engagement and the ability to build & manage operations, develop client relationships and oversee production teams. PRINCE2 knowledge/experience is also highly desirable.
