This highly regarded, well-established, award-winning communications agency provides a full range of communication solutions from creative and digital assets, and branded programs to transformation campaigns, muti-channel messaging and communication platforms. With an expansive and growing client list across the pharmaceutical and healthcare space they focus on bringing ideas to live and engaging and motivating audiences through a broad range of projects covering strategy, creative concept writing, campaign development and execution in print, web, HTML, SharePoint, video, art, and graphics. 

Partnering with their clients to understand the brand objectives including the 'what' and 'why's' of the campaign they focus on the delivery of exceptional content, which, when coupled with their strong creative capabilities results in outstanding and inspiring campaigns.

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth there is now a need for an experienced Producer to come on board and take ownership of a number of corporate communication and internal marketing projects across the year. Being responsible for all areas of client engagement and deliverables responsibilities will include: 

•          Content development and delivery to present a consistent narrative and emotive message
•          Client relationship management to maintain service and reputation
•          Oversee communications work from strategic development to pre-planning, execution and to metrics review.
•          Marketing and copywriting skills are required
•          Produce targeted audience campaigns and design assets with a focus on ROI return and sustainability
•          Liaise with internal studio teams such as graphic design, presentation design, digital, copy, video production and video post-production to manage asset creation from brief, creative to execution
•          Contribute ideas for new programs, researching and recommending innovative techniques to ensure that campaigns are creative and engagement preference driven
•          Continued market research to stay abreast of innovations and trends
•          Working closely with internal teams and junior staff
•          Identify and drive opportunities for digital marketing campaigns

Candidates must have a proven and extensive background of working as a Communications Producer, within a marketing or communication agency and be confident managing the full process from taking and interpreting briefs through to full delivery. Candidates must have experience in developing creative proposals that focus on bringing a fresh perspective to content and engagement, as well as a having a strong understanding of technology and different communication platforms.  An understanding of presentation content and the ability to turn this into engaging user experiences for face to face conference and events, exhibition activities etc is key.  Experience of working within the healthcare  / pharmaceutical sector would be preferred but is not essential for the role. Candidates must be comfortable with home working and have an appropriate home office set up to facilitate this.
